Corporate Development Tools
Below are links to practical tools I’ve built to support the work of corporate development, drawing on my experience in strategy and M&A.
These are working prototypes built with Replit. Each includes a fictional example to explore and a starting point for applying it to your own work.
Build, Partner, or Buy
Compare three ways to add a capability: develop it internally, work with a partner, or acquire a company.
Bring timing, costs, cash requirements, and financial returns into one view alongside strategic considerations such as IP ownership and integration complexity. Test which assumptions change the answer, then pull the analysis into a decision memo for discussion.
M&A Target Screening & CRM
Assess acquisition targets against your strategy and keep the team’s feedback and follow-up in one place. Define scoring criteria, bring Product and GTM into target reviews, and track meetings, approvals, and next steps. View progress by strategy, import an existing target tracker, and control what colleagues can access.
